Adventure Experience Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer entitles free admission for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children) at any one of the participating attractions.
  2. This offer is based on two adults and two children; however, the offer can differ dependant on the attraction chosen. For full offer details and terms and conditions visit www.familyfundaysout.co.uk. Should your requirements differ from this standard offering, please notify our Reservations Department at time of booking.
  3. We can only accept bookings made between 1-28 days in advance of your Adventure Experience. Same day bookings cannot be accepted.
  4. Please refer to your accompanying letter for details of when you need to book and take your Adventure Experience by.
  5. Bookings can only be made through The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) Reservations Department. Booking or enquiries made directly with the venue will not be honoured.
  6. All Adventure Experiences are subject to the venues’ availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some attractions operate a strict allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  7. Availability will be limited on Public Holidays and Bank Holidays in the UK and Ireland and other key annual periods throughout the year such as; school holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
  8. Any additional requirements above and beyond the offer, at your chosen attraction, will need to be settled directly with the venue at the time of purchase. Spending money is not included within the offer.
  9. If a booking is cancelled your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded. Any changes to your booking will be treated as a cancellation.
  10. Only one Unique Booking Code can be used per Adventure Experience.
  11. Bookings must be made by the recipient named on the accompanying letter.
  12. Attractions featured, and all information is correct at time of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  13. Each attraction has confirmed its willingness to participate in this offer. The Promoter or any associated partner, including MLP cannot be held responsible for any venue subsequently declining acceptance of a booking.
  14. The terms and conditions of each attraction apply. Only the Merlin Entertainments venues listed can be booked as part of the Adventure Experience. Visit www.familyfundaysout.co.uk for full details.
  15. Age, health, weight, height, fitness and ability or other restrictions may apply to certain activities. Any restrictions will be detailed on the individual attraction’s page. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking. Any cancellations made as a result of a medical condition will not be refunded.
  16. Please be aware that participation in some activities may affect personal/life insurance.
  17. Some activities may require a signed waiver form in order to participate. Proof of age may be required.
  18. All offers are curated and supplied by each individual attraction. The Promoter and any associated partner, including MLP cannot be held liable for the failure of any of the venues who renege on the offer.
  19. No liability can be accepted for personal loss or injury at featured attractions. Disputes must be settled directly with the attraction.
  20. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount schemes or cards generated by either the participating venues or MLP.
  21. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  22. The Promoter or any associated partner, including MLP accept no liability for loss caused, damage to property or personal injury whilst on the premises of individual venues, whether caused by the acts or omission of any third party.

    Cheshire WA4 4PG. MLP reserves the right, to alter, amend or withdraw this offer without prior written notice at its absolute discretion.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The "Promoter" is The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 99064) and having its registered office at 55 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0RL.
  2. By entering this prize draw (the "draw") entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirement set out in the material relating to this promotion.
  3. This draw is only open to members who are resident in UK and the Republic of Ireland [(excluding Northern Ireland) and over the age of 18. Only one entry shall be permitted per person. Multiple entries will be discounted. Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified.
  4. Entrants must not be an employee or contractor of the Promoter or any subsidiary of the Promoter or be in any other way connected with this draw (including relatives of any such person).
  5. Entry to the draw is free and there is no requirement to purchase any products from the Promoter. Entries may be made by applying on the competition website, www.royallondonrewards.co.uk/competition/adventureexperience
  6. The draw shall open to new entries at 9.00 am on Monday 13 January 2020 and shall close to new entries at midnight on Monday 24th February 2020.
  7. Statistical data collected from the entries submitted may be used in subsequent marketing material by the Promoter but will only be used on an anonymous basis (for the avoidance of doubt individual entrants or their company name will not be named, subject to clauses 15 and 16).
  8. There shall be 125 winners of an Adventure Experience sent as a Family Adventure Pack via post. The prize will be subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the ultimate issuer of the prize. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any costs beyond the initial purchase price of the prize.
  9. The draw will take place at midday on Tuesday 25th February 2020.
  10. The first 125 names drawn at random from the entries received shall be the winners of the prize. The draw will take place under the supervision of an independent observer. The full name of the independent person can be provided upon written request.
  11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the competition impossible or impractical, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the draw. In the event of such cancellation entrants shall be notified within 7 days of cancellation. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever as a result of cancellation of the draw.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the prizes without prior notice to an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative shall be available.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  14. The winners will be sent the prize via post by Monday 2nd March 2020. Prizes will be sent to the postal address detailed on the competition entry form.
  15. By accepting the prize, the winners will co-operate with any publicity activity associated with the prize draw, where reasonably requested by the Promoter, and agrees that the Promoter may disclose the winner's name and county of residence on the Promoter's website.
  16. The name of the winners of the draw will be available upon written request. Requests should be submitted to Membership team, Royal London, 55 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0RL enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 1 month of the date that the draw took place.
  17. Entrants agree that the Promoter may rely on such details as are provided by entrants when entering the draw. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the submission of incorrect personal details by entrants to the draw.
  18. Should a court or equivalent authority deem clause 17 to be unenforceable in whole or in part, the aggregate liability of the Promoter shall under no circumstances exceed the cash value of the prize.
    The Promoter may use personal details submitted by entrants when entering the draw for the purposes of administering the draw. Entrants' personal data shall be treated in confidence and processed solely in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Entrants' personal data shall only be disclosed to those third parties who require it for the purposes of this prize draw, and will not be disclosed to any other third party without the explicit consent of the entrants concerned. The Promoter may disclose personal or other data relating to entrants of the competition where permitted or required by law or statute, court or equivalent authority of competent jurisdiction or regulation or where the entrant or entrants concerned have consented.
